1. Offline gameplay and optional analytics

Arrow GO: puzzle escape works offline and has no accounts or ads. Firebase Analytics is included in supported mobile builds but is off by default. Playing and accepting these terms do not enable it. On those builds you can turn on Usage analytics in Settings and turn it off at any time. The game remains playable without it.

2. Analytics data

If enabled, we send level number, whether a level was completed, abandoned or restarted, play duration, move and collision counts, hint use, and broad board size to Google Firebase Analytics. Firebase also processes an app-instance identifier, device information, and approximate location derived from a masked IP address for these statistics. We do not send names, email addresses, board layouts or arrow paths. We do not use analytics for advertising or tracking across apps. Turning analytics off stops new events and resets this installation's Analytics data. Previously received aggregate reports cannot be removed from the app.

3. Data on your device

Your level progress and settings are saved on your device. An unfinished board is not saved when you leave it. There is no account-based cloud synchronization or recovery. Your operating system may include app data in backups according to your settings. Uninstalling removes local data; system backups are managed separately.

4. Support emails

Contacting support opens your email app. If you send an email, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, and use it to answer your request. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Contact ruskyluo@gmail.com for support or requests to access or delete information in your support emails.

5. External links

Opening the official website, music or artwork attribution links uses your browser. Those services process visits under their own privacy policies. Offline gameplay does not require opening them.

6. Changes and contact

If our data practices change, we will update this policy. The current online policy is available at https://playcalmgame.com/arrow-go/privacy/. Contact: ruskyluo@gmail.com.
