Using Mahjong
The app is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use it as intended through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized distribution channel.
Acceptable Use
- Do not interfere with the app, its distribution, or related support services.
- Do not resell or redistribute the app, except where applicable law permits.
- Do not claim the app's branding, artwork, audio, code, or game assets as your own.
Ownership
The app and its original branding, artwork, audio, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mala Tech LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited right to use the app; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and Updates
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Features, levels, device support, and store availability may change as the game is improved. We may update, pause, or discontinue the app. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mala Tech LLC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not fully apply to you.
