Using Word Card Solitaire!

Word Card Solitaire! is provided by Mala Tech LLC for personal entertainment through authorized distribution channels. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at Apple’s Standard EULA. These usage notes do not replace that license or limit rights provided by applicable law.

Fair Use

Use the app as intended. Do not interfere with its operation, redistribute it without permission, or claim its branding or assets as your own, except where applicable law allows.

Progress and Virtual Items

Progress and settings are saved on your device. Coins and tools are game items with no cash value. Version 1.0 offers no paid purchases or advertising. We do not provide account-based cloud recovery for lost local progress.

Features may change as the game is improved. The app is provided as available, subject to the applicable license and your statutory rights.
