Playing the game

No account or sign-in is required, and core gameplay works offline. The current app does not send your gameplay or personal data to us. It contains no advertising, analytics, cross-app tracking, or crash-report upload SDKs.

Data saved on your device

The app stores your level progress, coins, booster inventory and refill timers, collected rewards, tutorial state, and music, sound and vibration preferences locally. These records let the game restore your progress and avoid granting the same category reward twice. We do not operate an account-based cloud save or recovery service.

Removing the app or clearing its data may delete local progress. Device backups and any diagnostic sharing provided by your operating system are controlled by your device and platform settings.

App Store ratings

After completing level 6, the app may ask Apple to show its native rating prompt. Apple controls whether the prompt appears and handles any rating or review you choose to submit. We store only whether a request has been made; the app does not receive your selected rating or confirmation that you submitted one.

Support messages

If you email hi@playrushgame.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and troubleshoot the issue, and retain it only as long as needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. Please avoid sending passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information. You may contact us to ask about or request deletion of your support correspondence.

Website and external links

Opening a privacy, terms, or music-credit link takes you to a website in your browser. These support pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request information, including IP addresses and request details, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Other linked websites follow their own privacy policies. Visiting a website is separate from offline gameplay.

Children’s privacy

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through gameplay. If a child sends personal information to support, a parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion.

Changes and contact

If a future version changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and provide any notices or choices required before those features operate. Privacy questions can be sent to Mala Tech LLC at hi@playrushgame.com.
