Using the game

You may use Word Merge for personal entertainment through authorized distribution channels. Use the game lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or distribute its code, branding, or artwork without permission, except where applicable law or a relevant third-party license permits.

For copies distributed through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a separate custom license is supplied. These terms do not replace that license or limit rights provided by applicable law.

Progress, coins and boosters

Progress and settings are stored on your device. Coins and boosters are virtual game items with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between players. The current version does not offer real-money purchases or advertising. Retrying or leaving a level is free.

The app does not provide account-based cloud synchronization or recovery. Removing the app or clearing its data may erase your local progress and virtual items. Contact support before reinstalling if you need help with a saved game.

Availability and updates

We may improve or update the game and its support pages. Availability can depend on your device, operating system, and distribution platform. The game is provided as available, subject to the applicable license and your statutory rights. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

External websites and third-party materials

Legal and music-credit links open external websites, which have their own terms and privacy practices. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
