Using Cat Escape!

Cat Escape! is provided for personal entertainment. You may use the app as intended through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorized distribution channels.

Fair Play

  • Do not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except where law allows.
  • Do not use the app or website to interfere with support systems or other services.
  • Do not claim Cat Escape! branding, artwork, or game assets as your own.

Verified Scores

Cloud Scores are optional. If enabled, personal-best and World Best features submit a completed move sequence under a random guest identifier for server verification. Only legal, replayable results are eligible. Duplicate, malformed, automated, abusive, or otherwise invalid submissions may be rejected or removed. You can turn future uploads off or delete the guest account and its associated records from Menu → Privacy & Data.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Cat Escape! offers a consumable 10 Paws product, a one-month auto-renewing Unlimited Monthly subscription, and an Unlimited Lifetime purchase. The exact price and currency shown by Apple or Google before you confirm a purchase are controlling. Purchases are charged to your store account and are subject to that store's payment, refund, and family-sharing rules.

Unlimited Monthly renews automatically for additional one-month periods unless you cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the next renewal. Your store account is charged the localized renewal price shown at confirmation, subject to any price-change notice required by the store. While active, it provides unlimited retries, unlimited Hint and Undo, and exemption from ad requirements. Unlimited Lifetime is a non-expiring entitlement for Cat Escape! on the purchasing platform account and provides the same gameplay benefits. Purchases are not guaranteed to transfer between Apple and Google accounts or platforms.

The 10 Paws product is consumable and adds ten retry opportunities when delivery succeeds. Consumable Paws are not restored after reinstalling the app. Non-consumable and active subscription entitlements can be restored with the purchasing store account. Internet access may be required to buy, verify, manage, or restore a purchase.

Cat Escape! currently contains no advertising SDK, so the no-ad component of Unlimited has no separate visible effect in this version. If advertising is added later, Unlimited is configured to keep gameplay free from those ad requirements. Paws have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be used only in Cat Escape!.

Use the Manage subscription action in Paw Store or your store account to manage or cancel Monthly. Refund requests are handled under Apple App Store or Google Play rules and should be requested through the applicable store. A cancellation stops future renewal but normally does not end access before the current paid period expires. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability

We may update, pause, or discontinue Cat Escape! or this website at any time. Store availability can vary by platform, region, device, and review status.

No Warranty

Cat Escape! is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the game stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cat Escape! will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app or website.
